  • Dietary preferences: Diet type, cuisine preferences, allergens, food dislikes, cooking skill level, meal prep time preferences, and household size.
  • Usage data: Meal plan interactions, recipe favorites, recipe swaps, and shopping list usage.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, and device type.
  • Log data: IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies: Session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the Service: Generate personalized meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, and nutritional calculations based on your health data and preferences.

  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
